ALL Lymphatic drainage SESSIONS and/or PACKAGES must be prepaid BEFORE you are put on the calendar! NO EXCEPTIONS!

12 sessions are recommended within the first 3-4 weeks of your procedure‼️‼️  

Especially the first week- ONE EVERY DAY AFTER YOUR SURGERY 

 Manual Lymphatic Drainage or MLD massages, 💉💉SPECIFICALLY FOR POST-OP 💉💉 (liposuction, tummy tuck, breast augmentation, Brazilian Butt Lift or BBL) are done with the hands only to manually pump the lymph fluid, with more attention on the areas that are most painful and swollen. It also reduces swelling and bruising dramatically.  

Because of your procedure (especially liposuction) the lymphatic system has been severely compromised due to the cannula. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a medium pressure but gentle. We focus on using the knowledge of the lymphatic system to drain fluids in the proper direction, reduce swelling and taking away the "puffy" feeling. This is HIGHLY recommended during recovery and is intended to help repair the Lymphatic system in the area of your procedure by stimulating and encouraging the natural movement of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back towards the heart. It is a technique based on gentle, rhythmic and constant movements that mimic the rhythm of the body’s lymphatic system.

Travel for Lymphatic Drainage Packages can be added at $20/per day 

(due at the time of package booking otherwise it is $25/day.)

 ALL package prices must be paid in full BEFORE services are rendered.  

Dates are chosen and scheduled AFTER payment is received..   

*** VIP HOURS ARE 7 PM TO 9 PM on weekdays and Sundays from 5-8pm. These appointments are call in appointments only and are an ADDITIONAL $50 to the total of your session.

🔵 A couple of points to remember when booking your Manual Lymphatic Drainage session:       Please make sure you schedule at a time that you are able to rest for the remainder of the day. You will feel more relieved but sleepy after your session.  

 🔵 Also remember that some people benefit from 6 to 10 treatments, while others might require up  to 20 or more depending on the number of surgical areas and how the body is recovering.                                       We recommend what most professionals recommend. At least 12 to start.   

🔵 The first week is suggested 1(one) session daily (especially for lipo and ESPECIALLY if you have drains) as it helps significantly with the inflammation and the elimination of fluids. You want to drain as much as possible while your incisions are still open as well as keeping the scar tissue soft to prevent FIBROSIS. (We do NOT "forcefully" re-open incisions! If your body allows, they should reopen with minimal movement)

- We do NOT remove drains.    

🔵 The second week, every 2 or 3 days     

🔵The third week, once or twice a week (Depending on your progress)    

🔵 Follow by maintenance once every two to three weeks for the next 5 months for better results or as needed after the first four weeks. This really depends on how your body is healing  and your financial situation so PLEASE PLAN FOR YOUR POST-OP CARE! 

RECOVERY IS EVEN MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE SURGERY.   

 Everyone recovers differently, so listen to your doctors, your therapist and most importantly your body.  PLEASE BUDGET IN YOUR AFTERCARE!!! Again, It is more important than the surgery!

No one really tells the truth about what to expect and even if they told you a fraction, you still can't fathom the discomfort until it's you. Post-op care is not optional, that's why I'm here to help you! So take it easy, allow your body to heal and enjoy the time off that you have while you recover.

• To schedule an appointment, there is a $25 deposit to secure your time.

• There is a $25 travel fee for all in home services in Jacksonville. Your $25 deposit, is your travel fee. The cost of your massage is paid after the service. To avoid this fee, book your session for our Ortega location. 

• ALL PACKAGES ARE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SERVICES ARE RENDERED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• The deposit secures your date and time of service, and the remainder is paid after the service is complete.

• If calling in to schedule, you have 30 minutes to secure your deposit or the booking system will automatically remove your service. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• There is a $25 cancelation fee if you do not cancel BEFORE 48 hours before your service. Please note, that when you no-show, it is a cost for your therapist. We understand that life happens but please be courteous. Thank you.

• Please be on time. If you are late, you cut into your time. No extra time will be given if you are late. Please consider the patients following you. No exceptions.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your time will be forfeited WITHOUT a refund. 

• A no-show will result in a deposit/session loss. If you no-show and wish to schedule in the future, the full balance will need to be paid IN ADVANCE in order to book. If you purchased a package, your no-show will count as 1(one) full session.

• We have the right to refuse services to anyone. Repetitive last minute rescheduling, late deposit payments and/or no-shows will not be allowed.

     🛑  In the event that you have to cancel or are a no-show, 

          your deposit will serve as your cancelation fee.

• FOR HOME VISITS: NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE WORKING AREA.              
• NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please understand that it is very difficult to work with pets around the massage table. While they are curious and want to protect their human, it is a distraction to the therapist and the client as far as relaxation and focusing. Please SECURE your fur baby BEFORE your therapist arrives.
